We don’t presume a high level of fitness nor any previous experience for the Introductory Program so you’ll be OK. Part of what we do is of course to increase your level of fitness and we start off with the basics. If you join us in the main group after the Intro Program we suggest you monitor yourself during the physically demanding drills and ‘end of class’ sessions as they can be taxing. If there is any question about whether your health (physical or mental) is an issue we require you to consult with your doctor beforehand and obtain a clearance from them for your well being.
